My Future Learning Space

I am currently completing my 4th  year of a Bachelor of Education  through the Australian Catholic University  after an absence of nearly  25 years from the world of classrooms and school children . I live with my husband and two very spoilt dogs in   the Blue Mountains and each day I enjoy a long ride on the country train to my full-time work in Sydney's CBD . 

 

I come from a long line of school teachers and university lecturers on my mother's side of the family. I know if my grandparents were still here today they would start asking me about my career again ( they refused to when I entered finance ! )

 

My return to the world of education has reminded me why it was my chosen career 25 years ago. I find my interest and engagement grows more and more each day and I am confident now that it is simply in my blood ! 

 

When I am not studying or working , I am running along tracks in the Blue Mountains , curled up with a book , watching a film or just enjoying time with my fur children and the many wonderful people I am lucky enough to have in my life .
